WHAT IS WEBCONSULTANCY.UK.COM?

Webconsultancy.uk.com is, in short, Andrew Nicholson Bsc DipM ACIM.  So maybe, a better question to ask would be: Who is Andrew, and is he any better at what he does than all the other web consultants you’ve already looked at today?

Well, my CV’s pretty good.  I’ve been working in the industry for 6 years, and am currently E-commerce Manager for one of the worlds largest companies.  I’m also a fully accredited member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and am the proud posseser of the CIM’s Post-Graduate Marketing Diploma, the highest level award the CIM offers.

My day job’s pretty demanding, so why am I moonlighting as a freelance web consultant in the evenings and at weekends?

The answer’s simple.  I’m growing increasingly frustrated with the smoke and mirrors approach to online marketing that I regularly see web consultants preaching.  Online marketing is my bread and butter – it’s what I do every day, and I am frankly shocked by the prices that some consultants charge to do very basic tasks.  Now, not all consultants are bad.  In fact, I could draw your attention to some very good ones, but unfortunately, you don’t necessarily get what you pay for, and you can end up paying an awful lot.  I specialise in the following channels:
